Framing Facebook: A Content Analysis

Working with the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress (MDSC) as our client and stakeholder, our team conducted a content analysis of Down syndrome nonprofit Facebook pages to evaluate how the positioning (or “framing”) of content correlates to higher engagement.

Project CORA.

The COVID-inspired virtual agent was in need UX Research on public perception of bots as well as more specific consumer research to determine the needs and motivations of users. This included market research and competitive analysis deliverables, as well as wireframes and user flows for the website.

The recent startup needed help with UX Research to better understand their target audience and competitors. To do this, we conducted a competitive analysis, website usability tests, persona and user flow construction, and more.

CRANE.

Project CRANE (Crisis Racism And Narrative Evaluation) monitors real-time racist rhetoric on Twitter, and was in need of the following UX Research deliverables: a sociological framework, surveys to better understand target users and public perception of xenophobia related to COVID-19, and UX/UI documents.
