Gamma Sigma Sigma

Gamma Sigma Sigma is a national service sorority. The Chi chapter at the University of Georgia is the largest chapter in the nation and an active member in the UGA community. The Chi Chapter’s fall recruitment is one of their biggest events of the year, and is crucial to their growth and continual success as a chapter. Because of the Coronavirus, recruitment would have to be virtual during the Fall of 2020. To make sure the website was designed so that recruits and sisters receive the best experience possible, I was hired to conduct a UX Evaluation of their website, social media and overall digital presence. My evaluation includes (but is not limited to) usability testing, user research, A/B testing, and more.
